IT, phones & security — one point of contact
One local contact for the technology your business runs on.
Computers, networks, phone systems, and security cameras — set up right and supported afterward by someone local, not a call center reading from a script.
Services
What I handle, start to finish
From the cable in the wall to the login screen — most jobs fall into one of these, and most clients need more than one over time.
Network installation
Switch configuration and VLAN setup so every device on your network — registers, cameras, office machines — has a clean, segmented path to the internet. Cable runs are handled as part of a larger install, not sold on their own.
Wireless & coverage
Access point placement and deployment that actually covers the building — including the back room, the patio, and the corner where every laptop used to drop.
Business computers
Sourcing, setup, and repair for the desktops and laptops your team actually uses — configured, updated, and ready on day one instead of handed over as a bare box.
VoIP phone systems
Business phone lines that run over your network instead of a separate landline bill — set up with call routing, voicemail, and extensions that match how your team actually works.
Security cameras
Camera placement, wiring, and storage set up to actually catch what you need it to — with remote viewing from your phone, not just a monitor no one checks.
Managed IT support
Ongoing monitoring, patching, and a direct line to me when something breaks — priced as a flat monthly rate per device or user, not a surprise invoice.
Equipment & procurement
Straightforward, itemized quotes for IT hardware — written the way a business expects to see them.
One-time consulting
A second opinion before a big purchase, a network health check, or help planning a move or expansion — no ongoing contract required.
About
Built on the same work, just for more businesses
Hatley IT Solutions grew out of years spent doing this work directly — running cable, configuring switches, deploying access points, supporting and configuring computers, and writing the procurement paperwork that gets equipment approved. That's the same work I bring to smaller organizations that don't have room on staff for a full-time IT person.
Most clients start with a specific problem: a network that needs rebuilding, wifi that doesn't reach the back of the building, or a purchase they want a second opinion on before signing. Some stay on for ongoing monthly support once the initial work is done. Both are welcome — there's no minimum contract to get started.
Based in West Plains and working throughout South Central Missouri and North Central Arkansas, on-site visits are usually same-week, not scheduled through a call center three states away.
